Unless expressly stated otherwise, Jlily Designs owns or controls the copyright and other intellectual property rights in its original content, including photographs, videos, pins, reels, graphics, design boards, room designs, styling concepts, written copy, captions, artwork, logos, brand elements, compilations, edits, and other creative assets.

This protection applies across current and future websites, apps, retail or affiliate platforms, and social channels, including:

Publication on a platform does not place content in the public domain, waive ownership, or grant a commercial license to another person or business. Platform terms may grant the platform itself limited rights necessary to operate its service; they do not grant other users or outside businesses ownership of Jlily Designs content.

2. Permitted Personal Sharing

You may use platform-native sharing tools to share unmodified Jlily Designs content for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided that:

• Jlily Designs is clearly credited and tagged where the platform permits;
• the original caption, watermark, link, and attribution remain intact;
• the content is not edited, cropped to remove attribution, altered, or combined with advertising; and
• the sharing does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership.

3. Uses Requiring Written Permission

Prior written authorization and, where applicable, a paid license are required before using Jlily Designs content for any commercial, promotional, editorial, retail, advertising, or revenue-generating purpose. 5. Brand Collaborations & Licensed Content

A brand collaboration, gifted product, affiliate relationship, repost approval, or platform feature does not transfer copyright or grant unlimited usage rights. Any permitted brand use is limited to the media, channels, term, territory, placement, and purpose stated in a written agreement with Jlily Designs. Whitelisting, paid amplification, advertising, website use, retailer syndication, editing, and sublicensing require express written authorization.

6. Enforcement & Remedies

Jlily Designs actively protects its intellectual property. Unauthorized use may result in takedown notices, platform reports, cease-and-desist demands, invoice or licensing demands, and legal action.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to Jlily Designs. Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.

7. Reporting Infringement & Licensing Requests

If you believe Jlily Designs content has been used without permission, or if you would like to request a commercial license, contact Jlily Designs with the relevant URL, screenshots, intended use, channels, and requested license term. Permission is valid only when granted in writing by Jlily Designs.

8. Governing Law & Severability

These policies are interpreted under applicable United States law and any other law that must apply. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
